If you need to cover jobs for your firm with this website, which is what everyone does, 

Hit on the Cover Depos tab at the top of the main page.   Hit on that red dot for the area you want to get your job covered, then hit the tab to "Join the Group."  You must, must, must hit this tab to join the group.  Once you do thatk, you will see a tab to "Send Message to the Group."  Look for the word "Group."  Hit that tab and send your message about your job offer and include your contact info.  Everyone always forgets that part.

DO NOT hit "Send Message" by my picture because I will be the only one to receive your message.
