Hi Shannon, so nice to see you here.  I don't visit as often as I used to.  I should visit more.  Thanks for adding me.

I was given the privilege of proofreading Shannon's very first transcript and was blown away by her knowledge base, how conscientious she is, and her attention to detail. There is nothing "baby" about this baby reporter. She knows her stuff! If her first transcript is any indication, she is going to be a CSR to reckon with. Aside from that, she is very, very pleasant to work with, is eager to learn, and her enthusiasm is infectious! :-)
