Hi Skip,
I've been proofing exclusively for CSRs for 18 years. I use Morson's. I don't have reporting software, though. Can you send an ASCII? I proof off the page, mark corrections on the page, and scan the pages into a PDF that is e-mailed to the client. That way, you can have both windows up at the same time and make your corrections. Would that work for you?
