Accomplishments

• Realtime broadcasting daily copy depositions and streaming realtime in the BP Oil Spill litigation from May 1, 2011 to    December 23, 2011.  
• A large amount of intellectual property depositions covering a wide variety of IP, including source code.

SKILLS

• Realtime, same-day rough drafts, daily copies, rushes and multi-copy or multi-day jobs.  

EQUIPMENT

• Multiple netbooks, multiple iPads.  
• I carry a router to share the Internet with the attorneys and also for broadcasting realtime.  
• I also bring a scanner to each deposition.
• I have a team of scopists and proofreaders who receive work units via Dropbox as I am writing.  

AREAS COVERED

• Austin (home base); Houston/Dallas Fort Worth area/San Antonio

               I cover travel, depending on the assignment.  

• Louisiana if reimbursed for travel.

PREFERENCES

• Realtime, rough drafts, daily copies, rushes and multi-copy or multi-day jobs.  I will also cover "regular" jobs but usually fill my calendar in advance with the preferred types of assignments.
