There is a tab at the top of the page called "Cover Depos."  Hit on that tab and a map will appear.  At the bottom of the map is a videographer group.  Hit on the tab to join that group.  Then you will get all emails when an agency needs a videographer.  Agencies also send messages to the other groups when they need a vid too, so you might want to join all the groups for the areas you will cover just in case.
