First of all I am sorry for taking long to answer your post, I was moving to a new apartment.
You need to join the "Cover Depos" of your area. Agencies will then send out job offers via messages to the members of the group and since you are a member you will get a message.
the message will contain very basic info such as:-
Job starts at 10am in San Francisco. its realtime, please call us at 555-555-5555 or email us at email@email.com.. etc.
You then can call or email them if interested.

We are a fairly new site and this is a fairly new feature. it is being used successfully but it will take more time for it to get busy.
