I had a busy but interesting day today.  I spent 5 hours doing some medical transcription work, another 3+ hours on a rush rough on a ptsd lawsuit, and then a little over an hour on a scoping job -- although most of the scoping had already been done and all that was left was a bit of research on some medical terms.  Interesting stuff!  I love my job!  No getting bored with day-to-day, same-old, same-old!

Yeah, going from arthritc knees to an explosion in a warehouse causing PTSD - what other job can give you such variety?

I'm with you, Cindy.  I like that I learn something new every day, whether I'm reporting or scoping. :)

It's nice when you can break up the monotony.    I think 9 hours is a lot of time to do this job.  It's draining (for me). If I could just work 6 hours a day, I'd like this job.   For years I put in 10+ hours a day.  When things got slow, I realized I needed a more balanced life with time for relaxing and exercise.  I don't want to put in 10+ hours a day anymore.
