I just did the search of "catalano" in the search bar in the upper right hand corner of the website and a few things came up...one was for not paying a proofreader.

I actually went back into the "management" section of the website and she's not on here under the name "Suzanne Catalano." Maybe she's using a half name or some other name - have no idea.

If you do a search for her last name in the search box of this site, her name comes up with similar issues.
