So do you ever go to those depos w/all your luggage in hand and then have to climb up narrow flights of stairs?

You would think the attorney would have a handicap-accessible office? After all, they're attorneys for goodness sake. Aren't they supposed to be making sure the law is not abused.

Feel free to share your pet peeves.

Jeanese, I just butt in and say, "Which do you want me to do, mark the exhibit or report what you're saying? I can't do both." Seriously, they know better. I stopped caring what they think a long time ago. Until my hands are back on the machine, we're not on the record. I shoot "the look" if they jump in too quickly.

My best client has a two-story building with no elevator. Because it was built long enough ago, it doesn't need to be brought up to current code so no abuse of law is going on. Not such a big deal for me, but I really feel for the videographers.

Along the same lines - parking structures that have elevators, but you still need to go up a flight to get to the outside or main floor.

Then there are the parking structures that close at night and turn off the elevator. I once had to walk up through the parking garage up three levels bec. the elevator had been turned off.
