I am a scopist/proofreader (I use Eclipse though). I can proofread in Word, no problem. I've done some of that for one of the reporters on here. I was a LiveNote editor for 4 years at Merrill Legal Solutions in London, and then a manager for 2 years.

Not sure if you are aware of the "send a job offer to all the scopist" but I thought ill mention it.
It should b the easiest way t send your offer to all the scopist.. they will intern reply to your requirements.
Its very easy to use, its the big green button on top of the homage.
