I'm still kind of new to the reporting field. I was wondering if there is a way to send audio files on case catalyst through email. I've tried and it always rejects it saying the file is too large. Please help!

I use MyDocsOnline.com. I LOVE them. It's not free but it's pretty cheap. I pay $14.95/quarter but it's worth it because I never have issues. I just download my .wav and transcript file to them, tell it to send to my scopist, and it sends her a message that she has a file waiting. Then she downloads it. Later she just emails the transcript back since I don't need the audio again as I already have it.

One time I called them at like 10:00 at night because I had a problem, and an actual LIVE PERSON called me back half an hour later to help me. I was so impressed they now have a customer for life.

You can also use www.whalemail.com. You'll probably never be able to send wave files via e-mail. They're too large.

Hi Crystal,

I use T3, Total Transcript Transfer, to send audio files. There are other services, such as Send This File. Some scopists have their own systems.

Good luck.

Janet
