Settings problem in Eclipse

Hello.recently when I write real time; on approximately page 2 the beginning letter of each word is capped. Example- 

State Your Name For The Record instead of State your name for the record.

I assume it’s something in user settings but I’ve not been able to figure it out. Thanks.

Check your default and make sure you don’t have a command for capping on the default.

Did you call tech support?  I've never seen that before.

I could send you my user settings and you can upload them and then it would stop.  Not sure how different yours are to mine though.
