If you're a Bulldogger, it's good. If you're a bad guy it's really, really bad!

American Bulldogs are very protective of their own families and don't tolerate strangers in their space. They're especially good family dogs because your kids become their kids and they will protect them no matter what.

I have a special needs daughter, and you would think with their size and agility this would be a problem. Not so. They are SO gentle and so careful with her, it's just amazing. I have one boy, my daughter's dog, who, poor guy, is always covered with lipstick and nail polish and fuzzy hats, wrapped up in blankets with pillows, etc. She tells him to lay down like a baby and he will. He will cry if he can't sleep with her. He totally understands that even though her body is eight years old, her mind is only three.

Wait till you see his brothers! I have a boy so big you could fit "Doc" inside him and not notice. . .

That boy is six months old?! Wow. And I complain about picking up after my three little ones AKA Tootsie Roll factories:) Never again.

Noticed your "puppy" pic. I'm a reporter in So Cal but I'm on Total Eclipse. Good luck finding/meshing with a reporter. Sorry to hear about the CTS. Bummer.

Yeah, Mom's great and she LOVES Ireland. I would love to see her and Dad move back there permanently; they really enjoyed life while there.

It's funny, you know, because when I saw your name on here I was like, Why does that sound so familiar to me? Then I saw "Wicklow" and I realised that you had to be one of Mum's friends.

Sorry; don't mean to be schizophrenic with my spelling. I spent five years working at the British Embassy and it really did a number on my spelling and vocabulary.

Oh my God!! Hi Becky, as your mom calls you ;) How funny is this. She just left us last week, she's been working here with us for quite a while - I'd be lost without her.
