I'm "judgeless" when I get back to work. First time floating in forever. Should be fun.

I'm off until next Tuesday, the 13th, I think it is. I so need a break. That's when my kids go back to school, so I get to stay home with them. So happy!

If it doesn't work out, I think it's been such a good thing for her. Think she realizes it's time to start thinking of life beyond minor children. Her girls are about all grown up.

I didn't even see her this week once -- not even in the back hall. We're both busy, I guess.

You are lucky to have your judge. She was an awesome DA, and I was bummed when I heard she was assigned to the desert. I'm glad she made her way out your way.

Everybody is great. Amanda is on here. Post her, and she'll probably get back in a couple months. :)

She's in love. I thought she was just working hard. Well, she's doing that, too, but now I don't think I'll ever see her, and she's just next door to me -- at least until next month. They're moving her and her judge -- yes, she's still with Wojcik -- upstairs.

Linda is probably coming back next year, last I heard. My judge might be getting sent to family law in Hemet. I can't add that drive on top of my schedule, so we'll have to see where the chips fall when that all comes about. Monterosso is great, but now that I've finally jumped judges, it's not as hard as I thought it would be. I really don't think floating would be all that bad either.

Lots of changes coming soon in Southwest. This next year will be interesting.

So glad we can stay in touch now!
