You already joined the Sacramento group, so a bit confused why I need to approve a new Sacramento group with no one in it.  The group you joined has almost 500 court reporters in it.  Here is how you use the website:  Go to the Sacramento group, 

You need to hit on "Send Message to Group." Look for the word "Group." If you do it correctly, you'll get an email blast of your job offer.
You should also get an email blast "of your own job offer" so you know you sent it correctly.

You must join the group before you can send any messages.
