A I go to doctor here, back pains. I don't know the first doctor I go to. I don't know the perfectly time and everything was I go to that time.

I have to admit my worst fear about that kind of speech is that someone will interpret it as reporter error. I know it's right (and I further confess to compulsively checking such constructions to audio), but that doesn't mean everyone else will (sigh).
