Sending files from csrnation...

Has anyone tried the csr feature "Send Files" yet. I sent a file that I scoped for this reporter on two occassions now. Both times I received confirmations that the files have been sent on my end; but the reporter swears up and down she does not have them. She is pretty upset with me and thinks I did not send them. Could they be in her junk mail or something; and does anyone know if there is a way to retrieve "sent" files from this send file feature. If I could at least pull up what I sent, then I can prove to her that I sent the files out both times.... HELP!!!
