I checked out your picture, and you are indeed a pre-bubbie. And your beautiful son is going to break many girls' hearts.

By the way, you live very, very, very close to my son and daughter-in-law. They live in Ladera Ranch on Foliate Way off of O'Neill. I think that's a stone's throw from you. WOW!!! We're practically neighbors. LOL. Except I'm freezing my tushie today, and you're enjoying beautiful weather. Winter finally came to Worcester, MA.
