I'm working on a transcript, and I'm not sure which is the proper way for comma use here.  And as always, names are left out.  The commas are enlarged so you can see where I'm questioning their use.

OPTION 1:

SPEAKER 1: I'm available on the twenty-sixth as well, NAME , I'm available on the 24 and/or 26, however you want to utilize me.

OPTION 2:

SPEAKER 1: I'm available on the twenty-sixth, as well, NAME , I'm available on the 24 and or 26, however you want to utilize me.

Thanks everyone!

You should buy the NCRA RPR study guide.  It's good.

What I would do:

Speaker 1:  I'm available on the 26th as well, (John or X name .) I'm available on the 24th or 26th, however you want to utilize me.

These are TWO complete sentences.  You're talking about a date, so it should be written as a date.  It should also correlate with the other dates.  Dates are usually written in correct form (whether spoken correctly or not); therefore, 26th, 24th, 26th.  The "however you want to utilize me" is not independent, but is part of the second sentence, and it modifies the dates - so needs the comma.
