I was in a job today with seven attorneys in the room.  Five of them were typing away on their laptops.  One attorney had a laptop, I-Pad, and two cell phones going.  She was using all four of them!  Two of the attorneys were pounding on their laptops.  They all had their cell phones on.  Laptops online and emails dinging!. Jeez.................talk about trying to concentrated and hear a soft, fast witness!  Ever wonder what it does to our physical energy being around all those electronic air waves?

I do find it a tad bit irritating, but I know how glued to my cell phone/BlackBerry I am so I can understand it.  We need the technology/Internet.  Makes our lives so much easier.  I can remember taking a job and driving an hour to my scopist and giving her my job on a floppy drive.  When I got the job back, I would proof it, print it and drive it another 45 minutes to my office.  I must say, I am glad those days are over.
