Four-track transcription?

I have a lead to a law office client looking for transcription of approximately two hours of an immigration court hearing (interviewee is speaking via a translator) which was recorded on four-track tapes. 

Does anyone still transcribe from four-track tapes?  If so, please call me at 510-655-4296.
