Hear ye, hear ye! Maya Angelou is my favorite what?

I cannot understand what this lady said about Maya Angelou. The audio is crystal clear.

I don't know what the image is all about. But probably somewhere in the literature arena, there was a poem or book or movie or something that referred to a crow being something that has affected the speaker. Crow -- close to one's heart.

I don't know. But that's what I heard.

I'm just not comfortable typing "Maya Angelou is my favorite crow" in this conference of foundation heads, leaders, and those who are trying to effect a change for the better in society, i.e., community-based organizations, schools, youth programs, urban disadvantaged people, et cetera.

I just am having a hard time believing that anyone in this setting would say "crow." I can't find a book or a poem by Maya Angelou about a crow anywhere.

Man, you got that right, Bubbie Karen. She even flubbed up the quote. I typed the quote right, but she siad "times" and not "time."

She's a fast talker too.

The worst -- and I mean absolute worst -- to transcribe in this administration is Secretary Tim Geithner of Treasury. What a fast speaker, like 350 WPM, and then he runs over his words. He doesn't move his lips. Everybody draws straws to see who's going to get to transcribe him. LOL

And, actually, I did hear crow, but then I Googled Maya Angelou great achievement require time and came up with a list of quotes and figured that must be it.
