Open up your top lid. You have TWO little round wheels. One wheel will adjust the SPACE between key strokes - meaning each stroke will be close together or far away. The other wheel will adjust the touch. However, a manual is a manual, and the touch really doesn't change. I think what you mean is your key strokes are short - and your notes are close together. The two go together.

The closer your note strokes are on paper, the shorter your key strokes are; and the more space you have between your notes, the longer your key strokes will be.

Adjust the two wheels. Start out with the one in front. Put your eyes directly in front of the machine. The white plastic wheel in front, start with that one first.
Thank you sooooo much.

I think this is the only logical answer that I have gotten. I have been having a problem with some of the letters not translating and all this time I thought it was the machine and seems its the ProWriter adapter that I have attached is the problem.

Again, thank you so much.
Out of curiosity, where do you order Prowriters from and how much do they cost?
