Help with a name

Hey y'all!!  I'm looking for the spelling of a name (an author).  The witness is a forensic economist and he drops the name (phonetic) Scoogin-Ciega when talking about work life expectancy.  I can't find the name anywhere and it's driving me crazy!!  Can anyone please help?

Never mind.  I figured it out!!  It was Skoog and Ciecka!!
