Can anyone tell me how tolerable a Qwest high-speed Internet connection is versus cable/Comcast?

My only two choices where I live are Comcast or Qwest.  I really don't like Qwest as a company, but Comcast isn't even my second choice.  I keep getting intermittent phone and Internet issues and even cable/DVR issues that they just can't seem to get fixed in the building I live in.  I've been round and round with them and others in my building have issues, too.  So I'm looking at switching to Qwest phone and high-speed Internet.  Right now I have a speed of 12 mbps with Comcast and it's really plenty fast for me.

Thanks

I don't know anything about Qwest but I just got Comcast about four months ago.  Their customer service leaves something to be desired, but when I upload my audio files to my scopist, they go super fast.  That's really all I care about.

A videographer on one of my jobs told me he talks to Comcast more than his mother.  LOL, just to get a sense of how great their customer support is.  I can't imagine it is any worse with Qwest, could it be??

Thanks, Kelli.

It's not their customer service I have issues with, that's actually pretty good.  It's the quality of service on phone, internet and cable.  They don't work as good as they should all the time and I'm tired of service calls that don't resolve anything.
