Maryland Transcript Rules

Hello, I'm working on a depo where the case is venued in MD. Can someone please tell me how many lines for the transcript and if there are any stips that should be included?

There are no rules in Maryland for transcript format.  Many agencies in that state use the 21-line format.  Yes, you read that right.  Twenty one lines.  Enjoy!  And welcome to the wild, wild west out here ...
