Rates agencies charge their clients

I am in the process of opening up an agency in Manhattan, but the one area I am having difficulty with is what the going rate is to charge attorneys for transcripts. I would love to hear from agency owners in the New York area what they charge clients. I do not want to undercut the average rates. I've seen agencies do that and that causes great concern for the whole court reporting profession. I also do not want to charge too high of a rate either. If anyone can give me a range of what to charge, that would be greatly appreciated.
