Schoolteacher or School teacher?

My dictionary has it as one word, but NEVER see it that way. Any thoughts?

My One Word, Two Words, Hyphenated? book has it as one word. Great book, by the way! I use it as my bible. Unfornately, it hasn't been updated, as far as I know, since the orginal author has passed away...
