What products are recommended for realtime streaming.

Help!  I am getting ready to start streaming with Bridge?  What product or products are tried and true?

Do you mean streaming over the Internet to, say, someone in Boston if you're in LA?  Or do you mean just sending a realtime feed to an attorney in the room with you?

I use LiveDeposition for realtime in the depo room.  It works pretty well.

If I'm going to stream over the Internet, I use Bridge Mobile through Eclipse on their portal to give a realtime streaming feed.
