WORD HELP - (Doctor depo) You list three AXES

I don't think I ever use this word.

Sir, I am going to start basically with page six of your report, under section called Diagnostic Impression: you list three axes,  and this is the standard. ---

Is axes correct?

DSM IV -Axis

It's axis, but unfortunately the plural is axes.
