Hope one of you bright people can help me here.  I use Yahoo IM.  There is a list contacts, those who've said yes to being "friended."

Sometimes I need to set up a conference (where several people participate in a chat, not just two-way).  When I click on Actions and Invite to Conference, I'm shown a different list of names, and the people I want to invite are not necessarily on that list.  I can "Invite Other," but these people don't seem to get the invite even though I complete the necessary steps.

What must I do to get those names included in my conference?  So far I'm batting zero looking through their FAQs and help section.
