Video conferencing with Polycom

I've also posted this message in the CART/captioning forum, but adding it here too just in case :)

Does anyone have any experience of CART over the Polycom system? We've had a query, which could potentially be huge for our company, if we can nail this down. We have no experience of sending text through Polycom or Tandberg and was wondering (hoping and praying) if someone could help out?
