Dictionary builder feature in CC4 v. 10

Hey ya'll

I was wondering if anyone knows how to use the dictionary builder feature in version 10. I went to the help index, and they really don't have much info or much help on how to start a new list up in the dictionary builder. Can anyone help?

I think you have to get that off of your installation disk in the Exceptional Extras. It should all be in there.
Also, while you are in your realtime file, you can do Alt G and S, for Suggest a Brief.
