Inserting format symbols.

Okay, so I've talked about the OOPS format symbol and now you're wondering, Okay, how do I insert them? Well, to get to your format symbols you can press CTRL+F4 and or hitting the FS icon at the top of the screen.

When the dialogue box opens after pressing Shift+F4, you will see all the format symbols on the right column and then their correspond shortcut on the right. Some of the format symbols don't have shortcuts. Also you can open your format symbols when D, E, J, K-Defining or Replacing. Just click the FS on the right side and the format symbol box will open up. Don't at the bottom, click the box so that your format symbols show when you open up this box.
