Hello,

It's me again. Just a quick question for another reporter. She took some family law hearings in court. The judge struck some stuff from the record. Does she transcribe that stuff or leave it in?

I thought you transcribed and then just didn't read it back if the record is read back to the jury. But I'm not a hundred percent on that.

NOTHING is ever "stricken" from the record.

the judge does that "stike that" stuff for the
appellate courts so the appellate courts will
know what the judge did NOT consider in
making His ruling.
