Anybody having issues with calibrating the Passport Touch?  I'm constantly having to adjust and readjust.  I can adjust the touch and feel, but have a very hard time keeping it from stacking.  I've played with the anti-stacking percentage, but having no luck.

There are now 31 of us that have the constant calibration problem. As I reach out to people & research the number goes up. That seems like an aweful lot. I was even contacted privately by someone highly affiliated with Advantage and says Advantage knows they have a problem with the machine but don't want to deal with it...probably because there are so many of us...so they continue to deny the machine has a problem. Wonder how machines total are out there.

Wow, Naola.  Wish my experience had been so wonderful.  Loved the stroke, which was nothing.  Not sure why such a disparity.  Very strange.

In fact, I can say it's the best machine I've had since my XScribe StenoRam III, as far as accuracy, and I don't have any stacking issues whatsoever like I did with every Stenograph machine I ever owned.   The Lightspeed was horrible about maintaining the settings (similar to what you're saying about the Passport, apparently), and the Infinity was great but also not accurate and REALLY bothered my hands.  So I cannot say enough good stuff about the Passport; so I must be lucky!

Consider yourself lucky that you didn't throw away $5,000. I've only met a few people that don't have this problem.

I have not had that issue at all.  I've owned mine since they first came out.

To clarify from my previous comment, we're all having issues with the Original Passport constantly falling out of calibration.

You might clarify whether you are talking about the Passport or the Passport Touch.

I also have a Passport. Complete LEMON!! I thought it was me or Advantage makes all of us Passport owners feel like it's us that's the problem, but thanks to the Passport users facebook forum...I've found 24 people with the same calibration problem. Despite this evidence, advantage continues to deny they have a problem with their machine and won't pay to fix it. In fact, they want me to pay to send it in and possibly to send it back, with no guarantee they will fix the problem since they deny it even has one. Really? How many people need to have this problem for them to admit they have a mechanical problem with their machines. We're thinking of starting a class-action lawsuit. My girlfriend just bought the "NEW" Passport.  Hasn't been shipped to her yet.  I wonder if it will be better.  I bought the Passport about four years ago and it was a complete lemon.  I'm ging to wait for the feedback from other people before I go investing in the machine again.
