I have experience proofreading depositions, hearings, examinations under oath, and interpreted proceedings in accordance with reporter preferences. I also have experience proofreading court transcripts with technical, medical, construction, and legal terminology. I currently have one reporter that I work with regularly and two reporters that occasionally use me, and I am loooking to take on more clients.

I make corrections directly on a PDF of the transcript and return only annotated pages back via email. I offer all first-time potential clients up to 20 pages proofread free of charge if they want to try me out first.

Are you needing a proofreader during the holidays? I have room for one-off jobs and would love to add another court reporter. You can reach me at Gaylene@W2Proofreading.com or check out my website, W2Proofreading.com. I have great rates for first jobs and referrals!

I'm running a special until 1/15/17.  The first 10 pages are free for new jobs!

If you are looking for a proofreader, I am ready to add a couple additional clients to my workload. I am a full-time proofreader with over 2 years’ experience, a BA in English, a wide vocabulary and a passion for words.

I work in .pdf format with the ability to convert your document from .txt or .doc.  In addition to depositions, hearings, and court proceedings, I also have experience with meeting minutes of various types.  I will read any type of case, regardless of content or subject.

I perform light research as a matter of course, and internet research is a specialty.  I insert sticky notes where my research results are more than a few words.

My attention to detail is excellent and my rates are reasonable, with no additional charge for weekend work.

Please contact me at: sueclover65@gmail.com or 303-902-5118 of you have any questions.

Do you need someone who can proof in your software? If you are on Case CAT, I'm looking for a few great reporters to team up with. I'm strictly a proofreader and do not work with audio at this time. I am also a PDF proofer for those who use other software. Let me give you a hand so you can have more time in the new year. You can email me at sunflowerproofing@gmail.com, or visit my website at sunflowerproofing.com.
