HELP!! Has anyone ever heard of somethng that sounds like a "Britt and Hollendorf" or "Britt and Ohlendorf" objection?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
Below is the information I found from another website where the same question was asked and answered by another reporter:
There is a case called Britt v. Superior Court, and there is a case called Hallendorf v. Superior Court. Google either one and you will find information on it. He may be hyphenating it Britt-Hallendorf. It has to do with first amendment limitations on discovery of private or sensitive information regarding one's personal life.
