Not sure if this is a foreign word or not - "abertage" or something like that, see following for usage:

You have ... lots in a particular development and you know it costs $2 million to -- to construct the amenities, the infrastructure, the utilities, the roads, it works out to what would that be a thousand dollars a lot, would be the -- the ^^^abertage or the per capita build out cost.

Any ideas as to the spelling/meaning? I haven't been able to find anything in English! This spelling of the word has brought up info on foreign websites however.

Thanks! Debra

Hey, Debra, do you know how to put a short MP3 file as an attachment to this? If I could hear it, I might be able to figure it out.

So far, I'm wondering if it should be "average or the per capita build-out cost."

Also, "price index" and "percentage" would fit. Are you scoping or transcribing audio?
Brenda to the rescue again! :-)

Good find!
Thanks everybody! I believe we have a winner in arbitrage! Boy, the responses here are almost as quick as putting in a query online! Thanks for the help!
