 Hello,

I'm an experienced proofreader looking to add a few more busy court reporters to my schedule. I am a retired veterinarian with advanced degrees in animal science and veterinary medicine. As a result of my education, medical transcripts are my specialty, and I do not charge extra for expert witness testimonies.

 I have experience in proofing

depositions,

trials,

examinations under oath,

voir dire,

and hearings.

I proof to a PDF file and send back only the annotated pages.

I also have experience proofing to audio for videotaped depositions.

To learn more about my rates and services, please visit my website at www.paramountproofreading.com or email me at jennifer@paramountproofreading.com

Thank you for your time and consideration. Please let me know how I can be of assistance to you.

What's Up With That: Why it's so hard to catch your own typos

Catching typos is my specialty!  When proofing transcripts, I hone in on misspelled and transposed words, formatting inconsistencies and errors, homophones, punctuation, speaker names and bylines, faulty references, missing words, and readability. Additionally, I conduct light research to ensure accuracy. I have excellent court reporter references.

Please visit my website (www.themisproofreading.com) for more information.

I sure can.  Do you want a errata sheet completed or make the changes and return the entire script?

Comment by Barbara Memory on January 15, 2017 at 7:49

Gaylene, do you read on paper?
