Hello, I am a thorough and reliable full-time proofreader. My proofreading services will help you gain valuable time back in your life by helping you become more efficient in your work.  So that I can focus on each job, I only accept a limited number of transcripts to proof each week. PDF annotated corrections are returned via e-mail.  Although I follow legal transcript grammar rules suggested by Morson’s English Guide for Court Reporters and the Gregg Reference Manual, I will follow your style and preferences first. For more details, contact me at latifacanproofit@outlook.com

Looking for a great proofreader to help bring your best work to the table? I’m Vanessa Macaspac, the eagle-eyed proofer you've been looking for. I have a strong foundation of medical, legal, and technical terminology due to my background as a transcriptionist for those fields.

I can proof straight to .pdf, create an errata sheet, or use the "track changes" feature in MS Word. I am also able to proof alongside the audio if needed.

I am currently working for a handful of happy reporters who would love to attest to my abilities. For more information, please visit my website at www.paragonproofing.com or e-mail me at vanessa@paragonproofing.com. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
