Transcripts are important documents that need to be polished to perfection, which means that court reporters need a proofreader they can rely on. That's why I offer 25 pages free on the first transcript you send and welcome constructive feedback, make sure the transcript is back before the deadline, and work with you to provide a service that’s tailor-made for your needs. My goal is to do great work that you can trust stamping your name on.

I use iAnnotate to create easy-to-read edits that you can compare directly with the original file, and you only receive the pages that have edits on them, saving you time. I use Morson’s, Gregg’s, and Bad Grammar/Good Punctuation, depending on preference.

Standard (1-2 days)……………………………$0.40/page

Rush (12-24 hours)…………………………….$0.60/page

Expedite (Less than 12 hours)…………..$0.75/page

Transcripts over 30 lines/page…………+$0.05/page

*No extra charge for weekends*

Please go to to find out more about what I do, or send me an email at to get connected right away.

Good morning!
Are you looking for a seasoned proofreader? I am a former court reporting student now proofreading and expanding my calendar to full-time, which means I've got room for more clients. I can accept your transcripts in PDF, ASCII, Word format, etc., and return via annotated PDF. I read steno very well, and I'm familiar with Lillian, Margie, Gregg, CMOS, and Webster. Drop me a note for rates, turnaround times, and references. Let me help you be excellent!
