If you would like to receive job offers from CSRnation, hit on the "Cover Depos" tab at the top of the page, then find the red dot for where you're willing to cover work, then hit the tab to join that group.  Your email address will be added to the rest and you will receive an email blast when an agency needs work covered in your area.  Just contact the agency directly from the contact info from the email.  Good luck!!
