I hope you have a good trip there. We're heading up there ourselves in May. Taking a 2-week trip to stop in Reno and visit friends, then Salt Lake to see my sister, on to the the Denver area to visit family, and then back again! It's sure a small world, isn't it? I've been to Napa. It is beautiful there.
I have to go to southern Cal. in 3 weeks, to Glendale, to take my daughter to a doctor there. I'm dreading that trip! One-day, 10 1/2 hours of driving, then the appointment the next day, then the 10-1/2 hour trip home again the next. Yuck!
Oh, so you've been here then? It is gorgeous here. I've lived in the Denver area, Houston (years ago), and in the SF east bay area, and I missed the color green so much! I was born and bred here behind the redwood curtain, and whenever I go to other states to visit with family, I inhale deeply the smell of the redwoods upon our return and a sense of peace comes over me.

So what part of the state do you live in?
Welcome, Melini! (I love your name. How unusual!)
