Marking the transcript

Hello,

I took a depo wherein the atty asked me to mark the transcript. The witness took her atty's advice not to answer a question. The deposing atty then asked me to mark the transcript.

I've not been faced with this before. Any suggestions on what the blurb would be and what I need to include on my INDEX page, if anything.

Comment by Tanya Saar on March 23, 2009 at 16:03: It sounds like the atty is telling you to certify the Q. On the index pg just put CERTIFIED QUESTIONS with a page and line number. Some atty's want you to actually put what the Q was. I just put page and line number. Hope that helps.
