How Do You Pair an Apple WIreless Keyboard to a PC ?

Good morning.  Does anyone know what I need to do to pair an Apple wireless keyboard to my PC? I am currently using XP but will also be purchasing a new laptop with Windows 7 that will also need to be paired.

Thank you for doing the research for me, Quyen. I know your time is valuable. I was at an impasse and wanted the connection now. I ended up asking my agency's IT person, and he was able to pair it. Just bought a new computer with Windows 7. It has built-in Bluetooth. It should be a snap to connect the keyboard this time around.
