I know, Jennie, my exercising has gone by the wayside lately. But, I am going to take part in an exercise class today, in fact, to see if I want to join. That's why I like to dance for exercise, it helps me to get up and just DO IT! because it doesn't "feel" like exercise and it's fun! That's also gone by the wayside lately, but soon!

I'm out of breath just watching them. They are truly marvelous. I can't even stay on my elliptical more than 60 seconds. Looking at the girls makes me want to push harder on my exercise program. Thanks for sharing!
