Go to Vicki's page. She has not joined any groups that I can see. She has to actually hit on the Videographer group, then hit the tab to "JOIN THE GROUP." She did not do that. No wonder she's not getting any messages.
She needs to join CSRnation and then join the videographer group. I cannot add her manually.
Matt, I don't know what you mean to "update the list." What is it you want me to do?
