respirate = PAO*IRT
pirate = PIRT
period of time = P-RT
pert = PERT (seems like a waste of a good stroke for this word)

ROIRP is free for me. Will keep that in mind for a J define. I have taken tons of asbestos but not enough of pulmonology, I guess, for me to have these important words nailed down.
