Digitext Theory

Hello, I am trying to become recertified after being out of commission for a little over 20 years.  I am in search of Digitext Theory or a theory closely related to this.  I have Case Catalyst student software for now.  I hope somebody has some ideas or can help me find Digitext somewhere.
